Understood in terms of a related pathogenic disorder and its inter-subjectivity, narcissistic perversion will be questioned in terms of the object relations marked by emprise, domination and manipulation of others. Constantly in search of a coherent narcissistic experience, the pervert cannot experience independently from the other, and therefore must protect himself. In psychotherapy, the essential traits of the masochistic transference are the following: Perverse pact or contract, eroticization of the link, attack to the frame and to the thinking of the analyst and derision. The roots of a narsisistic pervert organization are also discussed, marked by incestual parent- child relationships.
