    Summary :

During adolescence, the body also undergoes changes along with the psyche. The person is going through a difficult period in which he/she has to struggle with many things. The body, which is the source of sexual impulses, deals with bodily pleasures and can be the object of excretion of impulses. The body can also turn into an object of attack for individuals who have been damaged in the psychosexual developmental stages through pre-adolescence when conflicts are intense (İkiz ve Drieu, 2013). In this study, the psyche of a 13-year-old adolescent diagnosed with vitiligo will be investigated in terms of psychosomatic and psychoanalytical theories of adolescence. It is intended to be interpreted with the Rorschach and TAT Test (Thematic Perception Test). The hypothesis of this research is that in relation to problem of indifferentiation in the psyche of the adolescent, it is expected that more clinging and symbiotic responses are expected. According to the findings in the Rorschach test, it was noticed that the patient lost the boundaries between herself and the other, and the combining responses were in sight. In the Thematic Perception Test, it is seen that the efforts to take distance are at the forefront, there is a sensitivity in the distinction between inner and outer borders and these borders cannot be separated.
