This article presents the evaluation of gambling addiction from a psychoanalytic perspective through the Rorschach Test. It aims to provide a general perspective on addictive behavior and inadequacy in early object relationships. In this study, it is shown that the problems experienced in early object relations, the inadequacy of a containing object representation, inadequate identifications due to the object's inability to function as a soothing trigger the addiction process.
