In this study, the Rorschach Test is applied to a sixteen-year-old girl suffering from obsessional neurosis. Mentalization processes, rumination, hesitation in verbalization, maternal and paternal identification, early object relations, affective world, libidinal and aggressive impulses are evaluated according to the French School and defense mechanisms - such as repression, intellectualization, inhibition - and the undoing used to cope with them are described. Although phallus seems to be maternal in the protocol, in fact, the whole problem is assembled around the father.
