    Summary :

    In this study, a narcissistic with depressive complaints case consulted has been evaluated using the Rorschach Test after a suicide attempt. The 40 years old male patient was suffering from depressive affect, insomnia, and suicidal thoughts. He has been under medical treatment and the test evaluation was demanded by his psychiatrist. The interpretation of his Rorschach protocol with psychoanalytic conceptions pointed out the underlying narcissistic patterns of his depressive affect.
