In this paper a 40 years old paraphilic patient is evaluated by Rorschach Test and T.A.T with a psychodynamic approach. The patient also has neurotic and somatic complaints as well as a perverted personality. The projective tests are used as a tool to understnad this complex phenomena in depth.
