    Summary :

The study concerns a case of premenopause. There arent enough psychoanalytic studies which use of projective tests on this area of menopause in literature. For this reason this paper reconsiders menopause in light of new psychoanalytic ideas. A 49 year old woman with premenopause phase is evaluated with Rorschach Test. Test results are interpreted in terms of French School. When the Rorschach test is evaluated, the findings point out the intensity of answers which show vulnerability of unconscious feminine representation and excessive anxiety about losing feminine body. Especially the response of internal organs and bones are frequently repeated. Also the study indicates that there is so analogies between puberty and menopause. On this direction, these similarities and other characteristics peculiar to menopause are shown through Rorschach test results.
