Adolescence is a period of transformation in a physical and mental sense. In this long and tough process adolescent research the ways for making peace with his hated new body and also try to create and integrated, steady body image. Adolescence, when there is intence inner world activity, will be one of the periods when body modifications are most frequently experienced. One of those body modification methods is one of the oldest arts of human history, "tattoo". "Tattoo" is a method of decorating the skin by inserting cloured substances under the surface. The skin is punctured with a sharp instrumante which nor is usually a solenoid-driwen niddle, that caries the inks to lower lairs of the skin. Tattoo is a visual image applyed to the skin and a visual image always has a symbolic meaning. So, the adolescent is shaping his body with the symbols he made "marked" on himself. This paper aims to examine the meanings of the desire of an 18 years old tattoed adolescent to get himself marked by interpreting his body image and identity via Rorschach Test.
