    Summary :

In this study, the story of a four years old boy will ne narrated. Based on the information given by his mother on the fist consultation, we are informed that his father had a motorcycle accident which caused some physical deformations. As his father had to rest in hospital for two months for his treatment, his mother could not take care of the little boy in this period by herself and nursing of the child had been provided buy different people. The child did not give any reaction after the accident but after a while he had started to lose his hair. However the family did not recognize his condition at the begining and the child, who started to talk tardy, suffered also from stuttering. The main object of the projective test applied to the child is to revial the reflections of anxiety after the trauma on the psychological mechanism and to find out about the defence mechanisms. The main aim of administring a projective test is to abserve the influences of post-traumatic anxiety on psychological functioning and gain insight into defence mechanism. For this aim, the Rorschach test has been given to the child. Accordingly, Rorschch test is applied to the child. Test findings will be discussed in relation to psychoanalytic theory.
