    Summary :

    A child gives details about dynamics of inner world and also unconscious feelings and desired by his/her drawings. The term "children in conflict with the law" refers to anyone under eighteen who comes into contact with the justice system as a result of being suspected or accused of commiting an offence. Children in conflict with the law are, actually, the victim of irresponsible family and society. In this paper, drawing tests were applied on three groups: children under protection, children in conflict with the law, who are though to have disfunctional parents, and children living with their family and the concept of family was analysed.
