    Summary :

    Suicidal thoughts gave way to K.'s third hospitalization in the psychiatry clinic. He has met his first personality, whom he described to have been very good to him, after a taumatic break up and loneliness. He has lived his life with other personalities later on. In acute stages of his disorder, he had experienced persecution enxiety, aggression and suicidal thoughts; along with dissociative states as frequent mistakes of close friends and family and lapse of memory. In his last hospitalization, after being addressed as Mr. K, he told the doctors that his name was İrfan and he had no problems, and that they have gathered here because K. has some issues. K. has taken Rorschach Test; the second 14 months after the firs. The two protocols shared paranoid and persecutive elements, additionally there were differences between the two applications. Psychoanalytical test interpretation was made in terms of French School of Rorschach coding system. The aim of this study is to evaluate the psychotic processing of K.'s persecution, projection and dissociation symptoms; and to analyze their projection in Rorschach Test.
