    Bulimia, which is one of the most important subjects in body pathologies, is originated from Greek words limos (hunger) and bous (cow) words. Bulimia as a term suggests having the appetite of an ox, as well as the ability to consume an ox, or as much as an ox. Eating extreme portions in a short time and doing exercise or such things to be able to not put on weight is seen in bulimia nevrosa. If we go through clinical features of bulimia nevrosa, we come across with obesophobia. In spite of obesophobia binge eating attacks, which are included by an irresistible desire for food, is observed. Usually vomitting or doing similar actions occur to prevent from fattening effect of these atteacks. A woman patient in the age of 23 eho vomits almost everything she eats for eight years will be presented in this study. Apart from chronic bulimia nevrosa, borderline disorder also stands out in this case and will be disscussed in the light of Rorschach test results.
