The exploration of the intrapsychic functioning of patients who are suffering from hysterical symptoms shows that the feminine, within intrapsychic bisexuality, is a crucial problematic that correspons to a fragile sexual identificatory position. For the female and male patients, the fight against the feminine is dominant within neurotic organizations, where it is rather a refusal of the feminine within borderline organizations and a denial of the feminine within narcissistic organizations.
