    Summary :

    This article contains results from PhD thesis about psychic impacts of pelvic (gynecological) cancer on feminine sexuality. Evolutions were done with eight women suffering from uterus or ovarian cancer, treated by surgical removal of genitals, at three different steps of their medical cares: Before the treatment, during the treatment and after remission. In the evolutions, a long clinical interview was done and The Rorschach Test and T.A.T were administered. At the end of the research, analysis of protocols has been compared with the results of projective tests from a study which focused on 30 young unselected women from a gynecological consultation and without any psychiatric treatment. With this comparison it was aimed to present specificity of psychological impact of gynecological pelvic cancer. At the and of this research, it was observed that inner feminine referred to a damaged, fragmented, empty, dead inner feminine; carrying a difficulty to project an entire and erotic feminine body. In order to compensate this situation, the highlighting of a prominent bisexuality and symbolization capacities of women was observed.
