In the psychoanalytic perspective, an addiction is defined by a person's relationship with an object. However, the object is what is needed, loved and prohibited at the same time. Addiction has biological, psychological and social aspects; it is a condition that includes as addictive subtabce or a pathological structure without any abrasive substances. This study focuses on two cases of dependency; one is bonsai and the other one is gambling. The aim is to examine one's development of the pathology, inner state of being, ağabeylity of resilience, lack of normal attachments to primary care giving figures, and lack of imagination by using projective tests in order to state the relationship between addiction and psychosomatic symtoms.
