It is accepted that the characteristic of the borderline organization is having no progression in object continuity even though bond to the reality is preserved, having problems in ego and object distinction, and the type of the employed defense mechanisms. In terms of this perspective Mr.E's protocols in which characteristics of borderline organization is observed will be discussed under the subjects of mentalization processess, maternal and paternal identification, early object relations, affective world, defense mechanisms, libidinal and aggressive impulses. 43 years old, Mr.E is put into a psychiatric clinic with complaints such as ""receiving and giving damage"", hearing whispers of people giving damage to him, seeing shadows and faces of unknown people, feeling things wandering on his body, and smelling bad odors. Rorschach Test had been applied to the patient in March 2012 and after 52 weekly psycodynamic therapies another Roschach Test was applied. Both tests are evaluated according to French School Coding System. In the first protocol it is observed that the patient is having difficulty in object representation, affection overwhelm object representation, object stability can not be achieved, and boundaries are lost with the test materials. In the second protocol after the therapy sessions object representation is managed, affection is intensive again, but can be articulated to objects. Defenses are more functional against depressive affection and disintegration anxiety, and it is easier to cope with losing boundery.
